National Stadium 3 Beijing government will bear part of the construction fund for National Stadium. Besides, the government will provide preferential policies on land use and in other fields for the Project corporation other than direct investment in order to encourage non-government fund involvement and attract domestic and foreign investors to participate in the Olympic Games construction.
National Gymnasium 0.65billion The Project corporation will be responsible for raising fund. Beijing government plans to provide preferential policies on land use and in other fields for the corporations who will participate in the Project construction in order to encourage non-government involvement and attract domestic and foreign investors to participate in the Olympic Games construction,。
National Swimmer Center 0.59 The Project company who has been determined by tendering will be responsible for the design and construction of the Project. The Project company will obtain the license to manage National Swimming Center for no more than 30 years and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance (inc. daily maintenance, non-playing season maintenance and changes of facilities). Upon the expiring date of license, National Swimming Center will be delivered to Beijing government gratuitously.
Olympic Village 3.3 The Project corporation will be determined by open tender and will be responsible for collecting the construction fund.
Convention Center 2.1 The Project corporation who has been determined by open tender is responsible for raising fund.
Wukesong Culture and Sports Center 3 Interesting appliers will be invited for financing, construction and operation according to existing design plan. This Center will be used for internal and international sports, culture and exhibition events and the mass entertainment. The tenderer will obtain the license to operate Wukesong Culture and Sports Center for no more than 30 years.
Olympic Water Park 0.765 Shunyi District government will determine the Project corporation by open tender, who will be responsible for the design, construction and maintenance (inc. daily maintenance and regular changes of facilities) and operation of Olympic Water Park. The Project company will obtain the license to operate the Project for no more than 30 years.
Beijing Countryside Horse Racetrack Venue 1.063 Interesting domestic and overseas companies, corporations or other economic organizations will be invited for tender. They, along with the current owner of Beijing Countryside Horse Racetrack Venue - Beijing Golf Group - will form the Project company to be responsible for the Project investment, construction (inc. design) and management.
