Exhibition Stipulation

1. Organizer of the exhibition - The China (Beijing) Leasing Recommendation Exhibition establishes the Organizing Committee and Exhibition Secretariat that are the permanent office responsible for the management and organization of the exhibition.

2. Exhibition application - The sign-up entities shall fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and send it to the Exhibition Organizing Committee by fax, mail or e-mail.

3. Exhibition fee payment - The exhibitors must pay for the booth fee before the date provided in the Exhibition Application Form in remittance or cash to the Exhibition Organizing Committee, otherwise, it will be regarded as giving up the participation of exhibition.

4. Qualification confirmation - After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and total fee of the sign-up entities, the exhibition organizing committee will confirm the qualification for exhibition and send the detailed materials such as the Exhibition Confirmation, Exhibition Guideline and Booth Allocation Drawing to the exhibitors.

5. Booth allocation - The booth location will be allotted in the time sequence of the Exhibition Application Form and total booth fee remitting to the Organizing Committee (with the remittance slip date as certificate). In order to ensure the exhibition overall effect and rationality, the exhibition management institute has the right to reserve the necessary booth.

6. Booth rental - Jointly renting of 3m×3m booth is not permitted. For special-installing booth renting, one unit shall not rent a space less than 36m2. Any exhibitor shall not re-rent the booth and space.

7. Booth installing - For a package stand, the installation shall be unitedly in charge of Beijing Exhibition Center. The installation shall be implemented by the appointed exhibition installing company. For a special-installing booth by renting space, the installation can be in charge of by the installing company appointed by the exhibition or the exhibitor, the later shall obtain the approval from the exhibition management institute and pay for ￥5000 safety construction deposit before the beginning of the installation.

8. Exhibitor personnel - Any package stand exhibitor can send 4 exhibition personnel at most for one package stand. Any exhibitor who rents space for special-installing booth can send 4 exhibition personnel at most for each 9m2 booth area.

9. Retreat from the exhibition - Any exhibitor can retreat from the exhibition by sending a written-form notice to the Organizing Committee before July 31 2003 (with the date stamp as certificate). The performance of retreating will subject to a deduction of 50% total amount of booth fee as the retreating fee. The refund will be paid after October 21 2003 and the refund service fee of bank will be included. For any exhibitor who applies for retreating of exhibition after July 31 2003 or fails to attend the exhibition, the refund will not be approved.

10. Safety - The exhibitors shall comply with all the exhibition rules and regulations made by the exhibition management institute, exhibition installing company, exhibition center owner as well as the laws and regulations concerning fire-fighting, safety, sanitary and health that have been promulgated by the local government.

11. Loss - The exhibition management institute will not be responsible for any exhibitor's property loss by any reason or any damage and loss of goods during the transportation course.

12. Others - The exhibition management institute holds the right of canceling the qualification of any exhibitor whose identity is not according to the application information and will not repay the relevant fee; has the right of canceling the qualification and terminating the exhibition activity of any exhibitor who has violated the regulation; holds the right of temporary modification or drawing up of new regulations according to actual condition of the exhibition.
