What is Packet Stand and what is Raw Space? What is the difference of prices between them?
　

　　Packet Stand mean the booth with an area of 3M×3M, including the basic configuration of (one three-face board, one fascia board, carpet (9M2), one desk and two chairs, one socket, four spotlights). Raw Space means clean area, where all the installation and use of equipment shall be borne by the exhibitors on their own expenses. Raw Space price is calculated by 90% Packet Stand price.

Can propaganda materials be distributed in the exhibition center?

　　The exhibitors can distribute their propaganda materials and souvenirs in their own booths or the exhibition news center but cannot distribute in and around the exhibition center and the public area.

Is this exhibition open to the public?
　　The exhibition is limited to the insiders; the audients shall not be younger than 18.

Does the booth fee include the electricity charge?

　　Packet Stand: the standard configuration includes the electricity charge; for any electrical appliance, the charge shall be calculated separately. Raw Space: the electricity charge is not included in the booth fee, so the exhibitors shall order electricity from the appointed constructor by themselves. On account of safety reason, all electricity uses (inc. a packet stand adding any socket, spotlight and light box) must be in charge of the appointed constructors. The exhibitors shall not install them by themselves.

Is there any other expense in the exhibition center?

　　 The Raw Space exhibitors shall pay for: the construction fee, special-installing management fee, electricity charge and vehicle certificate fee.

　　You can enter our website, register as CILIE free member and apply to join the e-mail distribution list, and then you will receive the latest news about the exhibition and forum regularly.

　　This session exhibition has two halls, the first floor of No. 5,6 and outdoor space with a total area of 6500 M2.

Will the Exhibition Center provide food & drink service?
　　The Sponsor will set up the food & drink section in Beijing Exhibition Center to provide snack service for the exhibitors. Please have dinner in the appointed section. In order to keep good image of the exhibition and participant companies, eating in the booth or public channels is forbidden.
