　　　The holding of the First China (Beijing) Leasing Recommendation Exhibition & Forum is born in need of China’s reformation and　opening to the outside world and the developments of the national economic construction and the whole leasing industry whose birth has ended up the complacent and conservative situation of China’s leasing industry. After 22-year hardship of explosive course, the leasing industry has progressed to the pioneer of the market. Currently, China’s leasing industry is facing a new developing opportunity. The government’s concern on the industry is destined to play an important role on the national economic development. In recent years, relative policies, laws and regulations have been promulgated for the leasing industry whose development has been formally brought into the Tenth Plan. In October of this year, CILIE Beijing will become a bright scenic view, which will gather the whole insiders for communications and discussions. Numberless pioneers will be filled with joy of gain, and more people will learn the leasing knowledge and idea from here so as to let China’s enterprises grow wings of leasing, expand the whole China’s market and walk toward Asia and the world. The birth of CILIE is in the conjunction of China enter into WTO and merged into the global integral market. Higher-level challenge and competition lay in front of China’s leasing industry. How shall we - the young industry - meet the challenge?
