　　 Beijing Leasing Association (BLA) was established on July 18 2002 in Beijing upon the initiative of units and individuals who were dealing in the leasing business, which is a public organization approved by Beijing public organization administrative office on October 2 2003. BLA purposes are adapting to the need of socialist market economic development, normalizing the operation of leasing enterprises, exercising self-management of enterprises and accelerate the healthy and balanced development of the leasing industry.

　　BLA aims at: uniting various kinds of leasing enterprises and relative industrial enterprises, institutions and individuals whose business locations are in Beijing, to exert the bridge and link role of the Association through implementing of investigations and surveys, experience communications and business training, academic seminars and consulting services, and self-management of the trade, promote economic communications and cooperation and accelerate the healthy development of the leasing industry in Beijing. We sincerely welcome enterprises, institutions that deal in leasing in Beijing join and support the work of BLA, and contribute to the healthy development of the leasing industry of this city.

Scope of business:

　　Collect and sort out basic materials of the leasing industry, research on the industrial developing strategy, systematic reformation and technical advancement. Report on the existing problems to the government and relative departments; put forward suggestions and measures.


　　Maintain the legal rights, interests and basic benefits of all enterprises of the trade. Report the integral benefits and requests of the industry to authorities and relative government departments by various means.


　　Negotiate the cooperative relations between BLA and other enterprises of the trade; mediate economic disputes between BLA members.


　　Develop and accelerate the communications and horizontal relations of domestic and overseas organizations of the same trade; Organize and assist member units to develop internal and international business association and cooperation of the same trade.

　　Collect and sort out various kinds of information and materials relating to the leasing industry; convey messages to member units; develop various consultative services; analyze industrial trends, release industrial news in a regular period; direct the management activities of leasing enterprises.

　　Provide professional knowledge and technical training for member units through various channels and means, accelerate consultation and assist all enterprises of the trade in compliance with the state’s laws, regulations and policies for the implementation of normalized management.

　　Undertake other works entrusted by the municipal government and accept relative matters entrusted by a member. Scope of business: leasing agency training, credit investigation, 　　information service, exhibition and show, project consultation and management service.
