All Y-series phones from Xiaomi so far — Redmi Y1 and Redmi Y2 — have been about selfie cameras. The Redmi Y3 will be no exception. The Redmi Y3 has now been listed on Amazon India. This suggests that the Redmi Y3 after it launches in India on April 24 will be available on Amazon.The Amazon listing has revealed some of the key details about the upcoming Redmi Y3. The listing — yet again — suggests that the Redmi Y3 will come with 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The landing page also reveals that the Redmi Y3 will come with dot drop notch on the front which will equip the selfie camera. The phone is also teased to come with gradient finish. Going by the teasers it looks like the Redmi Y3 will look like the Redmi Note 7 series of phones. This means it is safe to expect the Redmi Y3 to sport all-design.One of the teasers also suggests that the Redmi Y3 will come with a big battery. We can expect the phone to pack the same battery as the Redmi Note 7 series, 4000mAh battery with Quick charge 4 support. However, as of now Xiaomi hasn’t revealed the battery capacity of the Redmi Y3 but says that the phone can last really long in just a single charge.advertisementAdditionally, the Amazon listing page also reveals that the Redmi Y3 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which is yet to be revealed. Considering the Redmi Y2 comes with Snapdragon 625 processor, it is possible for Redmi Y3 to come with Snapdragon 636 processor which also powers the previous generation Redmi Notes.Going by the teasers the Redmi Y3 seems to an upgraded version of the Redmi Y2, which launched in India last year. As of now, there’s no information about the India price of Redmi Y3 but it may be slightly costlier than the Redmi Y2. In India, the Redmi Y2 3GB+32GB model currently sells for Rs 8,999, while the 4GB+64GB model of the phone comes for Rs 10,999. The Redmi Y2 is available in funky colours like gold, dark grey, blue, rose gold, and black.
